About Joseph Farzam, Esq.
Joseph Farzam is the founder of the Joseph Farzam Law Firm. He grew up in Santa Monica, attended California State University, Northridge and graduated in 1995 with a Bachlor of Science in Biology. He attended Pepperdine University, School of Law and received his juris doctor degree in 2000. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2000. Mr. Farzam was also certified by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Attorney in 2001. He has been admitted before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Supreme Court of the State of California, United States District Court, in the Central and Southern District of California.

About – Nazo Koulloukian, Esq.
Prior to joining Joseph Farzam Law Firm, Nazo Koulloukian was an employment and labor defense attorney for a Southern California civil litigation firm specializing in employment and personal injury defense. Mr. Koulloukian represented and counseled employers across a broad range of industries including retail stores, hospitals, school districts, security companies, health and fitness clubs, restaurants, medical facilities, government entities, and manufacturers.
Mr. Koulloukian’s labor and employment practice has included defending employers against single-plaintiff disputes involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, negligence, and intentional tort claims, as well as class action wage/hour, reimbursement, and seating claims, and union grievances. He has provided management-side advice with respect to current employment practices, assisted employers in formulating various employment policies, and counseled employers on all areas of employment law, including human resource policies, wage and hour compliance and litigation avoidance. Additionally, Mr. Koulloukian has reviewed, revised, and created employee handbooks, drafted arbitration agreements and severance agreements, and helped implement various other policies to ensure compliance with California’s ever-expanding employment laws.
Mr. Koulloukian has also gained experience in the areas of personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, and governmental entity defense. He has successfully tried numerous cases, serving as “second chair” defense counsel.
He has appeared in both state and federal trial courts, and his experience includes representation through trial. Mr. Koulloukian has successfully brought and defended motions for summary judgment, obtained dismissals, and favorably resolved high-exposure, multi-million dollar cases involving allegations of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Mr. Koulloukian has also represented employers in matters before the Labor Commissioner, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Nazo L. Koulloukian graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies, where he served as the graduation commencement speaker. Thereafter, he attended law school and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008, where he participated in the Maryland Law Fall Moot Court Competition and was involved in the Civil Rights Clinic, where he submitted an amicus brief with the Maryland Court of Appeals. Among other things, Mr. Koulloukian was actively involved with the Maryland Law Katrina Project where law students donated their valuable vacation time to the rebuilding efforts of various Gulf Coast towns affected by Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Koulloukian has also served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the US District Court, Central District of California in 2007. He joined the California State Bar in 2009.
In addition to being licensed to practice in all California State courts, Mr. Koulloukian is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is proficient in Armenian and has working knowledge in Turkish and Spanish. Mr. Koulloukian is also a member of the faculty for the UCLA Department of Communication Studies where he teaches “Propaganda and the Media,” a spring undergraduate course where students examine the ideological nature of propaganda, the corporate structure of the media, and how propaganda is disseminated to control the media environment.

ABOUT – ANDRE E. JARDINI
Mr. Jardini is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Hastings College of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1976 and is also admitted to the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of the United States District Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was a law clerk to the HonorableRobert Firth of the United States District Court, Central District of California, in 1977 and 1978. Mr. Jardini has been employed by Knapp, Petersen & Clarke since its inception in 1981. He is a Director of the firm and also serves as a member of the firm’s management committee.
Mr. Jardini is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He has conducted trials to jury verdict in more than 50 cases, most with exposure in the six-to-eight figure range. He has also been involved in environmental litigation, insurance coverage litigation, federal and multidistrict litigation, products litigation, toxic tort litigation, intellectual property litigation, and insurance bad faith litigation. Such litigation background has been a significant benefit in KPC Legal Audit’s work, has lent credibility to our opinions with outside counsel, and has served to facilitate dealings with them. Mr. Jardini’s practice areas are wide ranging and include intellectual property, legal malpractice, business litigation, and employment law, including wage and hour class-action lawsuits. ABOUT – A. S. SALEHI
Mr. Salehi completed his J.D. at Pepperdine University and, shortly after graduating, passed the California Bar exam. He began practicing business and entertainment litigation with the Los Angeles firm of Fredricks & Von der Horst where he won several large and complex cases.
Mr. Salehi founded his own practice, Salehi & Associates in 2003, focusing on high-end plaintiff-oriented litigation, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, toxic tort, and as well as complex entertainment and business law cases. Since the firm began, Mr. Salehi has obtained millions of dollars for his clients.
Since he began his professional career, Mr. Salehi has been an active member of his professional and civic community. Since 1999, Mr. Salehi has been a well-respected and distinguished member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and American Trial Lawyers Association.
